AL-POL company is a valued European producer of technical and decorative aluminum castings, present on the market since 2003. We are a company with Polish capital and all castings are produced in Poland.

We have large production capacities in the field of casting of non-ferrous metals and machining of castings. For several years, we have been cooperating with major companies in the food, machine and mining industries and we supply them with aluminum alloy castings such as AlSi11, AlSi9Mg and AlSi5Cu2.

We make castings in the mould and sand technology, according to drawings, in accordance with the customer’s guidelines from the moment of design to the final casting. It is also possible to make castings from models and molds provided by the customer. Castings are processed on machining centers according to indications and drawings provided by the customer.

It is possible to impregnate (seal) the castings. Impregnation takes place in a vacuum with the IM 3000 thermosetting resin. We seal all castings that require good tightness. It is recommended to impregnate even before powder coating of the castings in order to protect against corrosion and to avoid the escape of gases from the casting during the drying of the lacquer in the furnace.
